Pork tenderloin Marinade Rosemary Thyme Tarragon Garlic Olive oil Marinate pork overnight. Pan fry pork until middle is slightly pink. Slice thin and arrange on top of cranberries and sauce (below). Pork tenderloin, cut in to strips 3 to 4 cups chicken broth 1 onion, chopped 1 bunch cilantro, chopped 1 jalapeño, chopped 1 TBL cumin 1 tsp chili powder 2 TBL melted butter Combine first 7 ingredients. Bring to boil and let simmer until pork is done. Remove pork from liquid. Shred pork and place on cookie sheet. Mix shredded pork with melted butter. Place pork under broiler.
